Purchasing an artwork from ROOTED: Living Art at ZIN is simple. Browse the collection online, choose your artwork, then complete the purchase with our team at The Shop.

01Browse the CollectionScan the QR code displayed throughout the exhibition or access the online gallery to explore available artworks, artist information, dimensions, medium, and pricing.
02Choose Your ArtworkSelect the artwork you would like to purchase and note its title or artwork code.
03Meet Our TeamVisit ZIN and let our team know which artwork you wish to purchase. You may also contact us first through WhatsApp at +62 811 3880 5103.
04Complete PaymentPayment is processed at The Shop using available payment methods. Purchase confirmation will be provided after payment.
05Collect or ShipCollect your artwork directly or arrange domestic/international shipping with our team.

Purchase notes.

The following terms keep the buying process clear for guests, artists, and the ZIN team.

  • All artwork is sold on a first-paid, first-served basis.
  • Artwork availability is only guaranteed after full payment has been received.
  • If an artwork has already been sold, our team will be happy to recommend other available pieces from the exhibition.
  • All shipping, packaging, insurance if requested, import duties, customs fees, and any other related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Shipping and packaging costs are calculated separately based on artwork size, destination, and shipping requirements, and will be confirmed before shipment is arranged.
  • Displayed prices are exhibition selling prices. Final availability and shipment details must be confirmed with The Shop team.
